How to send Email in future
How to send Emails in future
Think of a situation where you need to send an important
email to your friend the next day, but another work sticks up. Then do you
think of sending an email in the future? Yes, there is a way. Boomerang for
Gmail is such a handy tool.
Boomerang for Gmail (http://www.boomeranggmail.com/) is a Chrome and Firefox
plugin (does not work on explorer) that allows you to take all the control over
sending and receiving an email.
To get started with Boomerang, visit the Boomerang and
click install. After installing the app, follow the instruction manual or the instruction
screen. Now, whenever you log in to Gmail, this Boomerang feature would be
enabled, i.e., it will be situated below the ‘send’ button as ‘send later’.
You can write your email normally, and when you click on
‘send later,’ a menu appears where you can enter or select the time and date to
send the email. It can also make any chosen email reappear at a situated
time and date.
Another feature in Boomerang is that, whenever you do
not want to deal with emails like bills, etc. at a particular time, and you
want to be reminded later, you can open the mail and at the top right corner
select the Boomerang icon and enter the time and date; you’re done.
So, these are some of the features of the Boomerang for
Gmail application.
