How to use your smartphone as a webcam?

Your smartphone is probably one of the best webcam you own. Well most of the people don't know that and struggle with the low quality camera in their laptop. This might be a major problem to students and some people who attend online classes or meetings during this COVID situation.

So a simple way to solve this problem is to download an application known as IP Webcam.

This is an app that allows you to convert your smartphone into a webcam. It lets you to add up to 64 cameras that you can view on the main screen in different layouts. Isn’t that amazing.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Download the IP Webcam application from the Google Play Store(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pas.webcam&hl=en_US) or from the App Store. 
  2. After you give the necessary permissions, it will display a URL.
  3. You just need to type the URL in your PC or laptop, straight away you’ll be seeing a live view from your smartphone.
  4. You’re done. It’s that simple.
  5. The ordinary webcam is stationary but this is completely a mobile camera so you can move it in any direction of your choice and record it at the same time as well. 
Ha Ha 😊there you go, now you have your HIGH QUALITY PERSONAL WEBCAM.
