How to search for what you see?
Have you ever come across an object like a flower and wished there was a way to get more information about it? OR If you wished to scan a document and select the text using your phone? OR Thought of translating a document just by scanning through your phone camera? Google Lens allows you to perform all these tasks within a couple of seconds.
Google Lens is an image recognition software developed by Google. Designed to bring up relevant information related to the captured/scanned objects it identifies using visual analysis based on a neural network. It compares objects to other images and ranks those images based on their similarity & relevance to the original picture. Google Lens also uses its understanding [AI] of objects to find other relevant results and information from the web.
Google Lens is described as the best search engine in the world!!!
As soon as you dive into the app you can easily navigate through different modes such as Translate, Text, Search, Homework, Shopping, Places, and Dining.
Here are some ways Google Lens can make your task easier:
1. Translating the text
Navigate to the 'Translate' option and place the document to be translated in the area specified in the app, hit the translate button. Your document will be translated. You can copy and share the translated text.
